Job Description:
- Monitoring project execution and reporting to PM on daily basis:
o Receiving the material at site, verifying the same as per project requirement
o Ensuring Material availability at sites: maintaining record of 'Budgeted quantity vs Material supplied vs Material consumed at site’
o Ensuring the site infrastructure development as per requirement
o Report to PM in case Contractor is not sending enough manpower to site
o Witness / performing Cube test, Trail Mix, FDD and inspection of Fine & coarse aggregate etc
o Performing the final inspection and ensure the punch points are closed before the casting as per the design
o Reviewing the Soil test report and SBC need to be recommended as per the soil state.
- Daily coordination with Contractor's supervisor to plan the work and get the work done.
- Maintain all dispatch related documents such as LR copies/DCs etc & Updating consumption in ERP portal.
- Highlight likely delays and critical issues to PM immediately.
- Ensuring / Developing all the SOP with respect Civil scope of work
- Monitoring and ensuring Quality records, Check list and other mandatory requirement as per ISO standards: continuous monitoring at site to ensure quality &address Quality issues immediately
- Vendor & Manpower evaluation, Work permit etc to be audited and reported on time-to-time basis
- Ensuring compliance with various administrative instructions issued from time to time regarding conduct/HR policies
- Get Drawings, BOM, Gantt chart from PM. Discuss the project in detail before starting execution so that the project is commissioned as per approved timelines.
- Ensure necessary permissions are obtained prior to execution.
- Conduct Safety Induction at site for all contractor staff. Ensure adherence to HSE policies and procedures
- On time completion within the specified timeline and budget
- DPR preparation and circulating the same on daily on Plan Vs Actuals
Ensuring the contractor following up our HSE as fulfilling our Statuary requirements
