Role - Corporate Strategy, Business Plan Formalization, Internal Consulting / Change Management
Job Description:
- Conceptualizing, evaluating and executing the near term and long-term strategy for the firm including new business ideas and growth areas.
- Work with functional departments to ensure business objectives are achieved
- Manage, Support and Execute day to day requirements for the functions managed by the Founders Office – Corporate Finance, M&A, Corporate Strategy, Budgeting, MIS, Investor Relations etc.
Support to the team on the following
- Monthly reporting to the Board on the performance of the Company, including preparation of documents, minutes, presentations, etc.
- Fund Raising: Equity, Debt, Mezzanine, Working Capital & Project Finance and corresponding due diligence and supporting activities
- Financial analysis and modelling and supporting presentations
Skills:
Experience in Consulting / Renewable Energy Sector will be preferred
