Job Description:
Credit Appraisal of Clients
· Detailed credit evaluation including data input in the inhouse credit model of incoming leads based on financials, industry reports and market information.
· Power Consumption and Savings analysis of the client for determining the solar & wind plant capacity/ power replacement capacity based on analysis electricity bills and power consumption.
· Periodic audit/review the performance of existing portfolio including payment track record, generation, payment security mechanism etc to flag off any potential risk and its proposed mitigants.
· Preparation of MIS reports
Debt Fund Raising (Support function) /Other Support function
· Inter-department liaising to get required information for execution of loan related documents including certificates, resolutions, signatory details, KYC checks etc.
· Raising payment requests in ERP and follow-up to get the payments done.
· Providing supporting data for financial modelling of assets owned by the company for project financing.
· Support in Liaising with Lenders and its consultants such as LIE, LLC and LIA to execute project documents and getting disbursements.
· Coordination for execution of Loan Documents.
· Maintaining of pre-disbursement and post-disbursement tracker.
· Support in Audit related queries.
· Provide support in submission of various information to the rating agencies for review & rating purpose.
· Participation in the site visits of both Wind & Solar plants with sound technical people to understand the business operations.
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2-3 years or higher if similar experience is there.
Education: Bcom / Mcom/ Similar
