Job Description:

Management of DGP & ZFI
Design the DG protection system as per the site analysis
Provide installation support via phone/video calls/remote access for RMS and DG/ZFI systems.
Testing of system after completion of the installation support.
Analysing the frequently occurring issues and to overcome it
Daily monitoring of all DGP & ZFI system

RMS/DGP/ZFI related R&D
Make System Improvement as well as Process Improvement in monitoring system & power management system
Finding out the issues related to RMS & DGP/ZFI and overcome it.
Preparing and update the manuals of DGP/ZFI installation for better process

Deployment & Support
Site Analysis and Finalising the BOM for DGP/ZFI installation
Requesting to Logistic & Procurement team to deploy the require material
Provide 1st level of troubleshooting Support to Service team for the troubleshooting of the RMS or DGP/ ZFI system.
Visit the sites for the Service issues or installation of DGP/ZFI
