Develop and drive the strategy to manage the portfolio of wind energy generation including both wind turbine generators and balance of plant
Develop and drive detailed information driven tracking and reporting system
Take lead in delivering optimum generating performance
Build, manage and motivate a qualified team for delivering business needs
Collaborate with internal development teams to drive quality and early resolution of technical and site level issues including the solar O&M team foe wind solar hybrid plants
Develop and drive the strategy for managing local communities and potential ROW issues
Develop and drive the strategy for implementing key ESG initiatives
Develop and drive the strategy for managing spares and warranties
Drive early resolution of breakdowns and proactively seek interdepartmental and management support promptly wherever needed
Manage relevant permits and approvals
Qualification:
Full time engineering degree in mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering from a recognized university
Experience:
Total cumulative experience of at least 12 years
Large Renewable energy farm management experience of at least 8 years
Wind farm management experience of at least 3 years
