Role: Site In-charge

Key Skills: Must have worked on solar Projects/O&M

·      Execution of Preventive Maintenance/ Corrective Maintenance.

·      Monitoring of plant performance ratio.

·      Monitoring of plant Capacity Utilization Factor

·      Monitoring and Controlling of MTTR

·      Monitoring and Controlling of MTBF

·      HOTO of plants

·      Ensure availability of mandatory tools

·      Ensure test equipment’s are calibrated

·      Maintain minimum spares/consumables during CM/PM visits

·      Daily filling of DGR & loss dashboard

·      Submission of PM/CM reports

·      Ensure 100% cleaning feedback

·      Monitoring of water consumption

·      Ensure beautification at sites

·      Ensuring Safety PPEs

·      Execution for TBT/Work permit

·      Ensure for Safety equipment’s

·      Ensure for JMR

·      Ensure for attend technical trainings

·      Ensure delivery of technical trainings

·      Monitoring of vendor daily activities and performance

·      Evaluation of Vendor Monthly performance

Vendor Management: -

• Communication with Vendors for all site related activities
• Handling of site related issues.
• Meeting with Vendors for discussion on site issues and quarries.
• Cross functional meeting for interaction and issue resolution.  
• Vendor Performance Evaluation
