Duties and Responsibilities
1. Debt fund raising
- Lead & Maintain relationship with various financial institutions, MFs, I-Banks and key investors to ensure easy access to capital
- Sourcing project financing options, capital structuring capability and manage equity capital.
- Preparation and updating of investment memos.
- Financial modelling of assets owned by the company for project financing.
- Managing negotiation and execution of all loan and bond transactions including pre-deal diligence, documentation execution, both pre and post compliances etc including coordination with various consultants technical, commercial, legal etc.
- Provide support to businesses on financial planning through modelling support and business valuations
- Inter-department liaising to get required information
- Manage Audit related queries
2. Credit appraisal of clients
- Detailed credit evaluation of incoming leads based on financials, industry reports and market information.
- Solar project evaluation.
- Financial modelling and determination of risk-adjusted prices.
- Power Consumption analysis of the client for determining the solar plant capacity
- Understanding of State policy and applicable charges for Solar Industry
- Portfolio Audit
- Preparation of MIS reports and management presentation for analytical insight
- Evaluation of legal documents such as PPAs, SHAs and any other agreements
Requirement:
- Chartered Accountant with 3 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in Credit & Project Finance
- Understanding of Term sheet & project contracts
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point
- Strong communication and managerial skills
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility
- Maturity and ability to handle pressure
- Be highly flexible, adaptable, creative and willing to put in extra hours as and when role demands to meet deadline
