End to End fundraising (Fund Based & Non-Fund based, Commercial Paper, Term Loan etc.) - Termsheet negotiation, Loan documentation, Security creation, Title due diligence, Technical due diligence, Disbursement.
Ensuring Documentation & Monitor compliance with covenants relating to Loans & timely renewal of all Facilities.
Oversees cash flow forecasting.
Worked closely with various teams including tax, legal, transaction processing and liaison with various govt. authorities & other stakeholders on different aspects as a part of various assignments
Manage Rating process from different Credit Rating Agencies.
Monitor compliance with covenants relating to Loans & statutory Audit of related work
Preparation of periodical MIS on monthly and quarterly basis
