JOB DESCRIPTION :

Process Management – SCADA for new Power plant (Solar/ Wind/Hybrid)

• With Design team, SCADA vendor finalisation to ensure standardisation and smooth
• vendor management.
• Design level verification and correction for SCADA architecture and configuration
• Multiple location SCADA execution planning, coordination, completion with vendors.
• Final validation/declaration of SCADA as per design/requirements.
• Interdepartmental coordination for vendor selection, design verification, installation, commissioning.
• Site level internet lease line and other SCADA peripheral activities coordination.
• Ensure SCADA plant communication with all central software for monitoring & analytics.

SCADA System management (Troubleshooting/Upgrade).

• Define Do’s and Don’ts for SCADA installation team as well service team.
• Ensure SCADA hardware and Software troubleshooting through site team as well
• vendors.
• Proactive Planning and execution of upgrade in SCADA hardware/software to ensure better performance management.
• Ensure 100% data availability at both local and central monitoring level.
• Ensure all licence and keys in place and timely renewal of the same if needed.
• SCADA AMC contract improvement, negotiation, finalisation, renewal.
• Ensure all SCADA AMC/license/lease line payment coordination with site team/account team.
• o Support site team for SCADA related warranty managements.

Documentation

• Prepare Manuals/checklist for process improvements.
• Prepare documents for all specific software upgrades with logic and consideration.
• Relevant documents/Tracker to be prepared and ensure periodic data entry.
• Trackers data to be used for further analytics to ensure continual process improvement.
• Provide data input for monthly/yearly MIS

Training & Development

• Attending the external training as well as internal weekly training as per Company policy .
• Conduct periodic training sessions for site team on SCADA do’s and don’ts for smooth operations, Basic SCADA trouble shooting, Key Check points for SCADA installation and validation.
• Conduct training for team members on SCADA design and troubleshooting.
• Ensure readiness for all upcoming new SCADA process/parameters such as wind/hybrid.

Qualification:

Graduate in Electrical / Electronics

Experience:

7-10 Years
