Duties and Responsibilities
1. Debt fund raising
· Financial modelling of assets owned by the company for project financing.
· Sourcing project financing options. Presentation of project portfolio to lenders/bankers,
· Reviewing, negotiating, and closing of term sheets, loan agreements, liaising etc with lenders/bankers. Liaising with LIE, LLC and LIA to execute project documents and getting disbursements.
· Inter-department liaising to get required information
· Manage Audit related queries
2. Credit appraisal of clients
· Detailed credit evaluation of incoming leads based on financials, industry reports and market information.
· Solar project evaluation.
· Financial modelling and determination of risk-adjusted prices.
· Evaluation of PPAs, SHAs and any other agreements
· Portfolio Audit
3. Explore new financial models in distributed energy space.
· Forge long term external partnerships with external stakeholder
Requirement:
· Chartered Accountant with 3 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in Credit & Project Finance
· Understanding of Term sheet & project contracts
· Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point
· Strong communication and managerial skills
· Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility
· Maturity and ability to handle pressure
· Be highly flexible, adaptable, creative and willing to put in extra hours as and when role demands to meet deadline
