Job Description:
- Preparation and management of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports related to asset performance and operational activities.
- Monitoring plant performance through central monitoring platforms and highlighting operational deviations across portfolio sites.
- Analysis of generation, availability, PR, losses, clipping, and operational trends for performance improvement.
- Maintaining centralized databases and ensuring accuracy and timely submission of performance and operational reports across reporting platforms.
- Support in management presentations, portfolio performance reviews, operational analytics, and stakeholder reporting activities.
- Monitoring SCADA communication healthiness, data availability, and reporting gaps for effective asset monitoring and reporting.
- Support in CMMS/MIS automation, dashboard preparation, and digital reporting initiatives across assets.
- Support validation of PR guarantees and coordinate with concerned teams by sharing necessary performance reports for contractual review and closure activities.
- Coordinate Drone Thermography and Flash EL activities, along with necessary follow-up with site teams for correction and closure of observations.
- Support during internal/external audits and management reviews related to operational performance and compliance.
Tracking action items and closure status of operational observations across portfolio sites.
