Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monetize the company’s Environmental Attribute Certificates (EAC) portfolio
- Drive end-to-end sales of Carbon Credits, RECs, and I-RECs, including buyer identification and deal execution.
- Own invoicing, billing, and collections to ensure smooth closure and cash flow.
- Build and maintain relationships with traders, exchanges, corporates, and other stakeholders
- Track and analyze developments in carbon markets and renewable attribute markets (India & global)
- Conduct research and publish insights/articles on market trends
- Support deal structuring, pricing, and negotiations
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Skills & Requirements

- Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Good understanding (or strong interest) in carbon markets, RECs
- Ability to research, analyze, and present insights clearly
- Self-driven with a willingness to learn and take ownership
- Comfortable with travel for client meetings and industry events
