Review, negotiate and finalize various financing documents for project financings and corporate level financings
Advising on stamp duty payable for various transaction documents
Interacting with clients and external counsels to negotiate and finalize legal documents
Drafting and reviewing all condition precedent and condition subsequent documents
Assisting on transactions pertaining to financings at the group level
Rendering legal advice to various business teams from time to time
Any other legal or compliance related matters as may be required
